今日はお寿司の問題です。
お寿司大好き大野智です。
さて、酢飯の上にネタをバラバラに散乱させたお寿司を俗に何というでしょうか?

答は1番のちらし寿司です。
農林水産省が発表した水産物の消費動向調査によると、お寿司屋の利用回数について増えた人が減った人を上回り、寿司の人気が右上がりであることが分かりました。
調査では「寿司店を利用する回数が5年前と比べ、どう変化したか」という質問に対し、42%が「増えた」と回答。「減った」は20%にとどまりました。
The answer is 1: Chirashi-zushi.
According to the marine products consumption trend research by the Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries, more people’s frequency of going to o-sushi restaurants increased than decreased, to prove the popularity of sushi is going up.
42 % of the subjects who were asked, “How did your frequency of going to sushi restaurants change over past five years” answered “increased”. Only 20% answered “decreased”.

あのね、お寿司ね。うん。ネタがね、いろいろありますからね。ええ。だからね、やっぱり気になりますよね。「これは何の魚?」とか。うん。釣りをやるようになってからね、何でもそうなんですけどね。ええ。
でもね、僕まだね、釣った魚をお刺身で食べたことはあります。あと煮付けにしたことはあるんですが、お寿司にしたことないですね。ええ。
まぁ、でも、まだ、そんなにね、経験してないんで。ええ。スズキとかをね、お寿司にして美味そうですね。

Ah, o-sushi. O-sushi is umai ne, isn’t it. Yeah.
Tell you what, o-sushi ne. Yeah. The topping fish, their variety is large. Yes. So, they catch my attention, like “what fish is this?” Yeah. Since I started fishing, everything is that way. Yes.
However, I still, I have eaten caught fish as o-sashimi. Also I have done them simmered, but still haven’t made o-sushi out of them yet. Yes.
Well, but I'm not yet that experienced much. Yes. Suzuki (Japanese seabass) and such, sounds good to make them o-sushi ne.
Ag~~~~~! Wanna go fishing! Wanna go fishing! Wanna go fishing!

Sushi is rather expensive at my place and there's only a few Japanese restaurants that offers good sushi...
i wish i could also taste his O-sashimi and O-sushi if he had made them, it would be good as it came out directly from the see within a few minutes!
