日本でも大人気の洋菓子の一つにプリンがあります。
さて、主にプリンの香り付けに使われている、茶色く色づいたソースのことを何というでしょうか？

南足柄市の洋菓子店が金太郎型のマグカップに入ったプリンを作り、人気を集めています。
このプリンは足柄茶の香りを閉じ込めた苦味のある大人の味になっていて、その名も「あしがら山の金さま」。三つの層に分かれ、下は足柄茶プリン、真ん中は生クリーム、上には金太郎の頭をイメージした半球型の小豆パンナコッタが乗っています。
見た目は可愛らしく甘い表情ですが、中身は甘さ控え目で男性やお年寄りにも喜ばれているということです。

An Western confectionery in Minami-ashigara city (Kanagawa) is becoming popular for their original flan sold in Kintaro shaped mugs.
Enclosing the fragrance of Ashigara tea, the flan has mature slightly bitter taste. It is called “Kintaro-sama of Ashigara mountain”. There are three layers; the bottom part is Ashigara tea flan, whipped cream in the middle, and on top is a panna cotta hemisphere as the head of Kintaro.
It has a cute and sweet appearance but tastes only moderately sweet, so it’s also popular among men and older population.

いやー、でもね、プリンも大切ですよ。よくね、僕ね、ライブの前にね、摂ったりしますよ。プリンはなんか身体にいいらしいですね。
でもね、そうだな、どっちかっつーとね、ヨーグルトの方が食べちゃうかな、僕はね。うん。朝はだいたいヨーグルト食べますね。うん。まぁね、昔からそうなんですよね。ヨーグルトは微妙に全部味が違いますからね。今日はこの味みたいなね、気分があるわけです。うん。
でもね、僕ね、水のね、違いが分かんないんだよね。水道水の味は何となく分かるんですよ。でもね、今いっぱい水あるじゃないですか。ペットボトルでね、売ってるんですけどもね。あの違いが分からない、僕は。うん。やっぱり味音痴だな！
